FAQ for Dance Center Concerts
Q: Why can I only reserve one ticket for the free concerts?
A: With the best of intentions, audience members reserve multiple free tickets only to have their expected guests not show. We find fewer no shows when each reserved ticket is under each audience member’s name and email.
Q: What if I want to bring a group?
A: Please email danceinfo@colum.edu or call 312-369-8330. Please note, the Box Office will request the name, email address, and zip code for each member of your group.
Q: If I arrive late, will I still get in?
A: It is not guaranteed. All unchecked-in reservations are released 15 minutes before curtain. The House Manager may be able to let latecomers in at breaks in the performance that have been allowed by the artists. The live stage performance is viewable on screens in the lobby.
