Afi Kole is a first-generation, first-year medical student at Rush Medical College with interests in otolaryngology, dermatology, and gastroenterology. Originally from Maryland, she currently serves as the Co-Mentorship chair for the Student National Medical Association and as one of the Co-Presidents of the Rush Restorative Justice Initiative, an organization dedicated to integrating and advancing restorative justice practices within medical education. Beyond her leadership roles, Afi is passionate about working with underserved communities and is committed to fostering inclusivity within medicine.
