Shwetha Sekar is a second-year medical student at Rush University Medical College and super excited to be a part of this study! From the San Francisco Bay Area, she graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from UC Davis. She has been volunteering at senior centers since high school, and she loves that she can be at various senior centers throughout Chicago and have meaningful conversations with older adults through this study. In her free time, she love hiking, painting, and hanging out with friends and family. Some of the other activities she is involved with currently are volunteering at Haymarket Clinic and research at the RUSH Emergency Department.
